The initial dialogue will often take place by phone with one of our researchers. If it seems interesting for both parties to move forward in the process, you will normally be invited to an initial interview where you get to introduce yourself, and we will present the business, the role and its challenges. If you are selected for further processing, you will be invited to an interview which we describe as a “deeper assessment”. First, you will receive a link by e-mail, which provides access to a personality test (OPQ) and possibly an ability test (Verify). Both test tools are tested and proven by DNV GL, and are provided by our partner CEB - SHL. Read more about CEB - SHL. Our consultants are educated, trained and certified in the use of these tests. We use the tests as tools for generating hypothesis, and the test results will be used as a basis in the deeper assessment. This assessment takes place without the client present. During the interview, we will review the outcome of the tests, and work with you to relate the results to your work style, and the requirements associated with the position. Our goal is not only to evaluate, but also to identify if there are any conditions that should be adapted for you to succeed in your new job.
